Our porchetta is certified from Ariccia, a town renowned for its rich culinary heritage. It’s delicately rolled with aromatic herbs, slow-roasted to perfection, and finished in the oven for a juicy, tender finish. What makes ours truly unique? A house-made BBQ glaze using Italian tomatoes that adds a subtle, savory-sweet balance to this classic dish.
